Thank You For Your Interest In The Green Mill & Willmar Conference Center Catering Department. Our Creative Staff Is Ready To Assist You With The Planning Of Your Special Event. The Contents Of Our Catering Menu Are Merely Suggestions.

Our Catering Coordinator Would Be Happy To Design A Special Menu Just For You!

Guarantee

Specific Details Should Be Arranged 14 Days Prior To The Event. A Guaranteed Number of Attendees Must Be Received 72 Hours Prior To Your Meal Function. The Number Will Be Considered A Guarantee And Is Not Subject To Reduction. If The Guarantee Has Not Been Received, You Will Be Charged For The Projected Number. Saturday, Sunday and Monday Guarantees Are To Be Received The Wednesday Prior To The Function.

Tax and Service Charge

All Menu Prices Are Subject To 7% MN Tax as Well as a 15% Service Charge. Service Charges Are Not The Property of Any One Employee And Will Be Disperesed At The Discretion of Management.

Delivery Charge

A 10% Delivery/Set-Up Fee Will Be Charged Upon Final Billing. The Delivery Charge Is Waived Within A 10-Mile Radius of the Willmar Area. 

Payment

A Deposit May Be Required For Function and Will Be Specified By Catering Coordinator.

Balance Must Be Paid In Full At Conclusion of Event.

Pre-Event Survey

For Larger Corporate, Reception or Home Based Parties A Pre-Event Survey Is Preferred.

Catering Coordinator Will Assess Function Space And Confirm Detail Requirements As Needed.
